To submit products for evaluation for Phil's Picks: The SupermarketGuru's Guide to the Best Products, here's all you have to do:

1. We need actual live product, in the packaging as it appears on store shelves.
   
   
2. If you are sending perishable or frozen product, please call Danielle BEFORE SHIPPING to arrange for receipt -- 310-392-0448
   
   
3. Please include all product information you believe would be helpful to us, and be sure to include the suggested retail price and where in the U.S. the product has distribution.
   
   
4. Be sure to include your full company name, address, website and consumer hotline number for consumers. If your product is selected as one of the "best", this information will be listed in the book. Also include a phone number and contact if we require additional information during our evaluation process.
   
   
5. Phil's Picks will be ranking products in 200+ categories in the supermarket. We will be evaluating ALL products available in the supermarket -- not just new ones. -- we will NOT be rating candies, non-food products or kitchen appliances -- but just about everything else. If you have a question about your category, please send us an email to confirm we will be evaluating the category you are interested in submitting your product for.
   
   
6. There is no cost to the brand for evaluation.
   
   
7. Brands selected as the "best" will be able to use our ratings in advertising and on-pack if they wish, that information and procedure will be available immediately prior to publication.
   
   
8. If your product is a new product, launched within the past 3 months, it may also be selected for a new product feature on SupermarketGuru.com.
