Clearing Up the Mess With Coral Calcium

Published on: May 31, 2003

by Dr. Dennis Elder

Thank you for trying to clear the mess for the consumer. Coral calcium is probably the most misrepresented supplement to the public in decades. Coral minerals have no doubt many nutritional benefits but it is wrong for lay people to advertise this as an effective treatment for any disease. This is strictly prohibited by the FDA, and organizations like ourselves wait in the shadows for the government to take action. Many of these companies also misrepresent the product contents, the origin of the coral in addition to benefits and then market the product for 3x the normal selling price. Look around at the bogus non-profit organizations offering supposedly unbiased information, and of course act as a referral service for different MLM companies. It is the right of the consumer to have access to quality nutritional products at affordable prices.
