Monday Dec 31 2007. Cant believe I havent used my diary for a year. (Shame!) Time to diot - need to drop 10 pounds...I havent kept up with my diary - so its my New Year's Resolution!

COMMENTS: Well - I've been lax over the paste few months - but I've been watching what I eat and down to 169. Need to lose another 5....yesterday was my b-day so good motivation to get back on my fat diary
