Garlic and Oil Food Splash is an alternative to sauces, gravies, dressings and other toppings that are high in calories and fat. Food Splash has the consistency of water and can flavor your vegetables, meats, pasta, rice, bread with zero calories, zero fat, zero carbohydrates, and zero cholesterol. The only downfall is that you'll miss out on the nutritional benefits you could be taking advantage of if you were to use olive oil. Not for bread, but in other situations, this product can be a convenient way to add flavor if you are counting calories. Retails for $6.95/4-oz. bottle.
