More and more Americans continue to look for healthier and more convenient options when it comes to preparing food. ACNielsen data shows that for the past two years, sales of lard and shortening have been declining, while sales of cooking sprays have been increasing. This new canola oil-based product from Crisco eliminates the need to "grease" the pan, reducing the amount of fat and trans fats added to foods. The traditional nozzle has been replaced with a click-and-go nozzle that can be twisted to lock or unlock, so no over-cap is needed. Retails for $2.40/6-oz spray can. Also available in Original (100% Canola Oil) and 5-oz. Olive Oil spray for $2.55.
