Don't even think about pouring this over ice cream! The cherry flavor is brilliant and clean tasting. This product should be a staple in your kitchen. Even though it doesn't mention using in cooking we tested it in recipes that called for wine and it performed very well. A look at the package shows that someone did their homework: available as organic or conventional, Made in USA, and in the era of sustainability concentrate is the way to go. Make your own soft drinks by just adding water or club soda. Only one suggestion, add a plastic nozzle to make pouring spill proof. Also available in blueberry.
