A little about me...

I am 39 years old male originally from England,now living in sunny San Antonio, Texas. 40 or so pounds over weight, quit smoking a year and half ago, wife had our first baby 5 months ago (April 2003) and I put on pounds. I like my beer, but only drink it on Tuesdays (dart league) and sometimes on the weekend if we go out. I have a glass or 2 of wine a day with my dinner. I walk every lunchtime for at least 30 minutes. I want to start walking in the mornings but I like to sleep in. I have tried other diets including the Atkins (which I lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks and then put it all back on over a weekend). I have decided to drop the weight and keep it off I need to change my eating habits. I love to eat and lots of it, so I am cutting back and trying to exercise.

SNACK: Carne a la Mexicana taco on flour. OJ Water
LUNCH: Veggie soup. OJ Water
SNACK: Water
DINNER: Luby's
SNACK: A beer or 3

EXERCISE: None, but plan to work in the yard all weekend long.
OVERALL WATER CONSUMPTION: Plenty
HOW AM I FEELING: F A T
COMMENTS: Need to start walking or running in the mornings.

BREAKFAST: Toasted sausage sandwich on wheat w/cheese and daddies sauce. OJ Water

LUNCH: Fajitas w/one tortilla, rice and beans. A few chips w/salsa. Water

DINNER: Spagetti w/sausage meat and noodles.
SNACK: A beer or 2

EXERCISE: None yet
OVERALL WATER CONSUMPTION: Plenty
HOW AM I FEELING: Tired and FAT
COMMENTS: Need to get the weight down. Gotta get up early and walk/run.

HOW AM I FEELING: FAT
COMMENTS: Need to walk/run in the eveings or mornings.

HOW AM I FEELING: Tired. Stayed up late watching basketball and drinking beer.

HOW AM I FEELING: Tired and FAT.
COMMENTS: Tryng to do this naturally slim diet/change of eating habits.

SNACK: None
LUNCH: OJ Water. Cup cream chicken soup.
SNACK: Water
DINNER: Roast chicken and salad sandwich on wheat bread. White meat only, no skin.
SNACK: A beer or 3
STRESS LEVEL: (0 to 10) 6
EXERCISE: 2 1/2 mile morning walk.
OVERALL WATER CONSUMPTION: Plenty
HOW AM I FEELING: FAT and stress a bit.
COMMENTS: Trying to do the naturally slim diet. Eat only 2 x day, no sugar.

BREAKFAST: Ground turkey picadillo taco on 1 wheat tortilla w/hot sauce. 1 cup beef bovril. Small amount of pinto beans.
SNACK: None
LUNCH: FF turkey and FF cheese on wheat bread w/lettuce, tomatoe, red onion, cucumber. Orange/water.
SNACK: Couple mints
DINNER: Roast chicken and salad.
SNACK: Couple rums on ice. Water. 1 beer.
STRESS LEVEL: (0 to 10) 4
EXERCISE: Plan to walk this evening.
OVERALL WATER CONSUMPTION: Plenty

DINNER: Fish and veggies.
SNACK: A few drinks. No wine
STRESS LEVEL: (0 to 10) 4
EXERCISE: 2 1/2 mile afternoon walk.
OVERALL WATER CONSUMPTION: Plenty
HOW AM I FEELING: Need to watch what I eat and drink and how much.
COMMENTS: Got to exercise this weekend.
