Enchiladas is a HIT!
These are really good! The package photo doesn't do the food justice. 12 grams of protein, 7 grams of fiber, 15 grams of fat, 5 grams of sugars and just 340 calories. This recipe is terrific and very tasty and authentic. There is a long list of ingredients - but don't let that scare you - they are great and real foods! The gluten free tortillas are made with quinoa, one of my favorite grains. Microwaves in its paperboard tray and came out perfect.
