You've had snacks like these at bars and happy hours and now you can make them at home. The breaded green beans can be baked or deep fried, I baked them and they actually came out great. My problem is not the taste, it is this long, very long, list of ingredients for the breading. As per their slogan, vegetables just got more fun, maybe - but they also got a lot more fattening and unhealthy. 10 green beans are 140 calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 440 mg of sodium and 2 grams of sugars - and that doesn't include the sauce you will probably use to eat them with. Great idea, but clean up the ingredients - don't you know that brands are shortening theirs to 5 or 6 and ones we can pronounce that are all natural?
