This is a "waste free" company! Right on the lid they give you other ways to use the brine after you've eaten all the pickles - and you will. These are delicious and just the right texture - not too crisp and not too soft. The garlic and dill brine is a great recipe. I do have one complaint - you already know what it is. A one ounce pickle is just 5 calories, no fat, 290 mg of sodium (yup, that's my complaint) 1 gram of naturally occurring sugars and no protein. Pickle lovers - you have a new go to brand.
