I just love this company and these wild caught Pacific Cod fillets are sensational. Great crust, white and flaky on the inside. I baked them in the oven for 17 minutes at 425 degrees. These are also the perfect size if you want to make your own fish sandwich (take that McDonalds!). Each fillet is 160 calories, 7.5 grams of fat, 350 mg of sodium (too high) 16 grams of carbs with only one gram of sugars and 7.5 grams of protein. Certified sustainable by the Marine Stewardship Council.
