Oven Baked Pork Rinds is a HIT!
I guess if you are going to have pork rinds this is the way to go. Actually not as greasy, 33% less fat, cooked in sunflower oil and the recipe of garlic, chili pepper, onion, Habanero chili, blackberry and smoke work well together and mask the typical pork rind taste - which for some is a good thing. One half ounce is just 70 calories, 3 grams of fat, 200 mg of sodium that I'd like to see lower, no sugars and 10 grams of fat. I dare you to serve this at your upcoming holiday parties - but don't tell your guests what it is - surprise them! Nice and crispy.
