If you ever fashioned yourself a pastry chef, this is for you! Just defrost the topping in the fridge for a couple hours and squeeze. 2 tablespoons are 35 calories, 5 mg of sodium, 2 grams of sugars and 3 grams of total carbs. The taste is good, and a bit more dense than an aerosol whipped cream. The problem I see is that you really need to use it all up in one recipe. Also I don't like the "not genetically engineered" seal they have on the package. If you want to be non GMO that's great, but be non gmo certified.
